• Session 2 (Review and Alignment): presenting preliminary findings, pressure-testing the assessment together, and incorporating feedback before the final document is delivered
• Current state analysis of your AI readiness and the specific project in scope
• Gap analysis covering data readiness, model deployment infrastructure, internal AI capability, and the organizational structure needed to own and iterate on AI systems after a vendor leaves
• Risk assessment covering hallucination risk in decision-support contexts, supply-chain concentration risk, regulatory exposure under UAE AI governance frameworks, and prompt injection in customer-facing deployments
• Near-term opportunity mapping calibrated to your actual data and team: automation plays, augmentation plays, and transformation plays with realistic timelines
• LLM vs. non-LLM evaluation: assessing which proposed use cases genuinely require a large language model versus a classical ML model, a rule-based system, or a structured retrieval approach
• Build vs. buy vs. integrate analysis for each prioritized use case, with vendor concentration risk factored in
